JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing law school admissions consulting brand with a strong social media presence. Our content has reached 4M+ views on Instagram Reels and 500K+ on TikTok. We are now expanding our content team and looking for a creative, reliable editor who can help us scale further.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with a brand, not just edit videos.

What you’ll do:
You’ll play a key role in shaping our content across multiple platforms:
1. Turn raw footage into high-performing short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok (aiming for consistent 10K–20K+ views and beyond)
2. Contribute ideas and help develop original content for our brand accounts
3. Work closely with the founder/creator to refine storytelling, hooks, and pacing
4. Help build and systemize our content workflow as we scale
5. Eventually support the expansion into long-form YouTube content (structure, editing, and repurposing content across platforms)

What we’re looking for:
We’re not just looking for editors, we are looking for people who understand content.
1. Experience editing short-form content for TikTok and/or Instagram Reels
2. Understanding of what makes content perform (hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling)
3. Bonus: experience with YouTube editing or long-form content
4. Strong sense of initiative: you don’t wait for instructions, you spot opportunities
5. Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently
6. Interest in education, law, consulting, or personal development is a plus (not required)
