JOB OVERVIEW

230 Media is a video production studio working with dental clinics in the UK and Australia. We film brand stories, patient-journey videos and social ads, and we need a skilled full-time editor to turn our footage into scroll-stopping content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit short-form videos (15s, 30s, 60s) for Instagram, TikTok and Meta ads, mostly vertical 9:16
- Cut longer interviews down into punchy stories that open with a hook
- Colour correct and grade, add sound design, music, captions and simple motion graphics
- Export multiple ratios and versions for each project
- Take feedback and turn around revisions quickly

WHAT WE NEED
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience
- Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills (After Effects is a bonus)
- A portfolio of short-form social content or ads you have edited
- Great storytelling instincts: you know how to find the moment that makes people feel something
- Good written English and reliable internet that can handle large 4K files
- Available for a few hours each day overlapping with UK mornings (roughly 3pm–6pm Philippine time). The rest of your hours are flexible.
