JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Video Editor (Mini VSLs) – Long-Term Position – $700/month

We are looking for a full-time video editor to join our growing team. This is a long-term opportunity for someone reliable, fast, and committed to producing high-quality video ads and mini VSLs.

Important: This is a full-time position only. We do not accept freelancers working multiple jobs. We need someone fully focused on our company.

Position Overview

You will be editing mini VSL videos (3–5 minutes) used for online marketing campaigns. These videos include:

-AI spokesperson videos
-AI-generated B-roll
-UGC-style footage
-Motion graphics and captions

On average, you will be expected to produce 2.5–3 minutes of finished video per day.

We provide SOPs, detailed training, and step-by-step video tutorials explaining our entire workflow.

Tools & Workflow

We provide access to all required tools, including:

-AI spokesperson tools
-AI B-roll generators
-Envato Elements
-Canva
-Other AI video tools

You will only need to provide your own video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.).

Our workflow is organized through:

-Trello (task management)
-Slack (daily communication)

Languages & Markets

We create videos for multiple markets, including:

-United States
-Germany

You do not need to speak these languages. We provide English transcripts for all videos so you can follow the structure easily.

Responsibilities

-Edit mini VSL videos (3–5 minutes)
-Generate AI spokesperson videos
-Create AI B-roll footage
-Source UGC-style clips from TikTok and other platforms
-Add captions, transitions, and engaging visual elements
-Follow provided scripts and transcripts
-Deliver projects on time and respect deadlines
-Collaborate with the team via Slack

Work Schedule

Monday – Saturday
Full-time availability required.

You must be able to communicate with the team during CET working hours.

Salary & Growth

Starting salary:

$700 per month

After 3 months:
Salary increases to $800/month

After that:

-Performance reviews every 6 months

Shortlisted candidates will complete a paid test:

-60-second video edit
-Payment: $5

This helps us evaluate editing speed and quality.
