JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a fast, top-tier, rockstar Video Editor for a long-term, full-time position. If you want a stable income, a powerful brand to work with, and long-term growth, this is for you.

Your Daily Task:
You will create exactly 4 high-impact, faceless viral shorts daily based on our provided scripts and audio. For EACH video, you must deliver 2 Call-To-Action (CTA) variations (Version A: "Link in bio" / Version B: "Comment SEED") – resulting in exactly 8 short video files delivered daily.

Niche: Entrepreneurial motivation & dark luxury/mindset aesthetics (The Hidden Author persona).

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
* Expert experience with modern high-retention editing styles (Alex Hormozi / Iman Gadzhi style captions, dynamic kinetic text, sound effects, and functional emojis).
* Absolute mastery in sourcing and using cinematic, dark aesthetic, high-quality B-rolls.
* High-retention editing pacing: Frame cuts, zooms, or visual asset changes every 1.5 to 2 seconds.
* Ability to create perfect, seamless infinite loops (the video must loop flawlessly).
* High speed and bulletproof discipline. Missing daily deadlines is an immediate termination.
