JOB OVERVIEW

Clear Lens Real Estate Photography is hiring a full-time, salary, dedicated in-house editor to handle overnight post-production so our team wakes up to finished deliverables. You’ll work opposite our daytime production hours, ensuring videos are ready the next day.

Schedule:
Overnight shift / opposite U.S. business hours
Consistent availability so projects delivered during our day are edited while we’re offline
Goal: Next-day delivery (our morning = your end-of-shift handoff)

Role summary:
You’ll produce high-end real estate video edits and execute AI virtual staging + AI effects as a core requirement. This is not freelance—this is a dedicated Clear Lens position with steady daily volume and clear deadlines.

What you’ll do
Edit property video tours (16:9 + 9:16 versions)
Create Reels/TikToks/Shorts cutdowns from each listing
Edit agent branding videos (intros/outros, talking head, quick cutdowns)
Integrate drone footage smoothly (stabilize, color match, pacing)
Deliver AI virtual staging + AI effects (realistic and architecture-safe):
Virtual staging for empty/lightly furnished rooms with correct scale/perspective
Day-to-dusk / sky enhancements (when appropriate)
Window pull / exposure balancing and clean, natural-looking finishing
Consistent styling options (modern, transitional, farmhouse, etc.)
Must-have requirements (non-negotiable)
Portfolio proving real estate video editing (required)
Portfolio proving AI staging + AI effects (before/after required)
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut
Strong color correction instincts + consistent look across deliverables
Clean audio mixing (voiceover + music balance, ducking, leveling)
Reliable file handling ( ---------- -type workflow)

Strong communication + dependable deadline performance
Dedicated to Clear Lens (no competing real estate media editing clients)

Deliverables you’ll produce
16:9 full tour (MLS/web/YouTube)
9:16 social version (Reels/TikTok)
Optional: teaser cutdowns, agent intro/outro versions, and revisions as needed
