JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small, friendly UK-based First Aid training company looking for a reliable full-time team member to join us long term.

The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. (This is normally 5pm to 1am Philippine time, or 4pm to midnight while the UK is on British Summer Time.)

You will help handle customer emails and messages, set up bookings, raise invoices and help with general customer enquiries. You will also answer occasional incoming customer calls.

This is a full-time role. It is not a "call center"-style job; you will normally only handle around 5 to 6 hours of calls per month. However, you must have a clear, friendly and professional speaking voice.

(A British or neutral English accent is preferred because our customers are UK-based, although this is not essential. Clear communication, good spoken English and a professional manner matter most.)

You will need strong computer skills and be comfortable learning new systems. We use Invoice Ninja, Zoom Phone, email and an in-house online booking system. Full training will be provided.

You must have reliable, stable internet, a suitable computer and a quiet, noise-free place to work. We are a professional business, so customers must be able to hear you clearly without background noise, interruptions or connection problems.

We are looking for someone organised, dependable and friendly. You must be comfortable working independently. This is a stable, long-term role with a small team, not a short-term or stepping-stone job.
