JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing supplement brand looking for a high-performing VA / Graphic Designer to join our team full-time.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for an A-player who understands Direct Response Marketing, can create ads that actually sell, and is comfortable taking ownership of different tasks.

What You’ll Do

Create high-converting static ads for Meta & Native Ads

Create native-style / advertorial-style ad images that look organic, not overly designed

Research creative ideas, hooks, angles, competitors & inspiration on Pinterest, Meta Ad Library and other platforms

Use Higgsfield and AI tools to create and improve ad creatives

Launch ads/campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager

Resize, iterate and create multiple variations of winning creatives

Help with general VA / backend tasks when needed

Work closely with our marketing team to continuously improve creative performance

Who We’re Looking For

You should have:

Strong graphic design skills

A good understanding of Direct Response Marketing

Experience creating Meta / Native Ads

A strong eye for hooks, visual hierarchy, copy and conversion

Ability to create ads for an older 50+ audience

Experience with health, wellness or supplement brands is a big plus

Experience using AI creative tools

Good English and strong communication

High attention to detail

Ability to work independently and move fast

We do not need someone who only makes “pretty designs.”

We need someone who understands why an ad gets attention, creates curiosity and makes people click/buy.
