Full Time TikTok Shop Video Editor
**MUST HAVE TIKTOK SHOP EDITING EXPERIENCE**

I am a top 1% TikTok Shop affiliate looking for a highly skilled, reliable full time short form video editor to join my team.

This is a 40 hour per week position, and I will have more than enough consistent work to keep you busy. I am looking for someone who wants a long term position and can consistently produce high quality work.

This is NOT a position for someone who only has experience with basic video editing. You must understand modern, fast paced short form content and how to edit videos that hold attention while still feeling natural and organic.

What I'm Looking For

• Strong experience editing TikTok, TikTok Shop, Reels, or similar short form content
• Ability to work 40 hours per week consistently
• Must use CapCut Pro for editing and our workflow
• Excellent understanding of fast paced short form editing
• Extremely good at removing ALL unnecessary pauses, dead space, mistakes, and slow ---------- nts
• Ability to make cuts feel natural and fluid without making the video feel overly edited
• Strong use of movement, including keyframes, zoom ins, zoom outs, and speed adjustments
• Understands that the first 1–2 seconds are extremely important and should visually grab attention
• Ability to add appropriate transitions and sound effects when needed
• Ability to properly color grade footage
• Ability to balance audio and maintain consistent volume throughout videos
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions while also using your own creative judgment
• Reliable, responsive, and able to handle a consistent workload

The goal is to create high tempo, attention grabbing videos that still feel like organic TikTok content, not overly produced advertisements.

You will be working with a high volume of content, so speed and efficiency are important, but quality cannot suffer. I need someone who can consistently make good editing decisions without needing every individual cut explained to them.

Required Two Step Editing Trial

Before being hired, selected applicants will be required to complete a two step editing trial.

The first round will test your ability to accurately recreate an existing editing style from raw footage.

Applicants who pass the first round will move on to a second editing test that will give you more creative freedom and test your own editing judgment, pacing, and creativity.

If you are not willing to complete the two step editing trial, please do not apply.
