JOB OVERVIEW

We're a Los Angeles IT services company hiring one full-time, dedicated Technical SEO Specialist to own our website end-to-end. This is long-term and full-time. We want someone focused on us, not juggling many clients on the side.

You'll start with deep competitor analysis to find the gaps and opportunities that shape our strategy. From there you own technical SEO, content optimization, and new page builds on an ongoing basis.

What you'll do:
- Audit and fix technical issues: crawl errors, broken links, site speed, schema, indexation, Core Web Vitals
- Optimize existing content using data, not guesswork
- Build new location pages targeting specific cities
- Create supporting pages as our content strategy needs them

Tools (we provide the account):
- SEMrush for audits, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, content optimization, and site health

What we're looking for:
- Proven technical SEO audits and fixes
- Strong competitor and keyword research
- Experience building SEO location and service pages that moved real numbers
- Deep hands-on fluency with SEMrush (this is the core tool)
- Solid grasp of Google Search Console and crawl/indexation issues
- Can write clean, optimized content, or work well from copy we provide
- Detail-oriented, and you document your work
- Self-directed, able to prioritize and work independently
- Ready to commit full-time to one company

Nice to have:
- Webflow experience
- B2B or professional services background
- Local SEO experience

How to apply:
1. Put the word "kiwi" at the top of your application so we know you read the whole post
2. Share examples of competitor analysis you've done and how it shaped your SEO strategy
3. Include location or service pages you've built, with measurable results
4. Describe your hands-on experience with SEMrush
5. Applications missing any of the above will not be reviewed
