JOB OVERVIEW

Full-time social media manager role. Potential to grow into a team leader if we work well together.

THE JOB
Social Media Manager for John J D Munn, a successful business coach who helps professional service business owners to grow in his unique happiness-first system. His website: ----------
You will work directly with John and will be in charge of creating and posting content to LinkedIn and Instagram to drive discoverability and generate leads.

REQUIREMENTS
Fluent English, with C1?level written English.
Your own laptop/desktop &?stable 50?Mbps+ minimum internet.
Use and knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram.
Use and knowledge of Google Suite.
You are reliable, creative, and data driven.

TOOLS YOU WILL USE
LinkedIn
Instagram
Google suite (including Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc)

Fireflies AI notetaker
ChatGPT or other AI
Canva

TASKS
Social Media Posts – Create LinkedIn and Instagram posts based on client testimonials and supplied content angles to boost engagement and generate leads. Will involve occasional image creation using Canva and possibly some video editing.
Content Calendar – Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing.
Reporting – Weekly report on content performance.
Some Video Editing – Produce video montages or clips from supplied client videos.
DMs and messaging clients using scripts.
Discretionary tasks such as updating lead records or other tasks John deems necessary.
A 30-minute call together at least once every 2 weeks (but with more in the beginning).
Send me weekly report on how your time has been spent

Your social media responsibilities will be organic only for the time being, you will not be responsible for paid engagements like running ads.

Role starts 4th May.

Once hired we will start with a paid 4?week trial at 40 hours per week and a 90?day probation period with formal review.
