Nova Terra Capital is a U.S.-based real estate funding company helping investors finance fix & flip, rental, DSCR, and construction projects.
We are expanding and seeking a highly intelligent, proactive Social Media & Lead Generation Manager based in the Philippines.
This is not a basic VA role.
This role drives investor deal flow through structured social media engagement and CRM management using GoHighLevel.
We are building a serious, high-performance team.
???? PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY (60%)
Social Media Growth & Lead Generation
• Schedule and publish content across:
Facebook
Instagram
LinkedIn
TikTok
YouTube Shorts
• Repurpose Olga’s videos into:
Captions
Short clips
Engagement posts
• Monitor and respond to comments professionally
• Engage daily in investor and real estate groups
• Initiate conversations with potential investors
• Track keywords (ex: “FUND”) and move leads into CRM
• Drive DM conversations toward deal submission
• Understand Meta, TikTok, Instagram & YouTube algorithms
• Increase engagement and inbound leads weekly
Goal:
Turn social media into consistent funding inquiries.

CRM & Funnel Support (GoHighLevel)
• Manage inbound leads inside GHL
• Send intake links
• Follow up on incomplete applications
• Confirm calls
• Maintain pipeline accuracy
• Track KPIs:
Leads generated
Calls booked
Applications submitted
Funded deals
• Assist with landing page updates
• Test automations

• Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies
• Experience growing accounts organically
• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Strong English communication
