JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a growing U.S.-based marketing company looking for a creative, reliable Social Media Video Editor and Content Assistant to join us full-time and long-term.

We primarily work with medical practices and professional service businesses.

This job would start immediately.

You’ll help create and manage social media content across multiple client accounts, with a strong focus on short-form video.

What You'll Do:
* Edit Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut
* Turn raw footage into engaging, well-paced social content
* This includes talking videos, as well as creating b-roll reels with hooks and text overlays
* Add hooks, captions, text overlays, B-roll, music, transitions, and other elements when appropriate
* Create branded social media graphics and educational carousels in Canva
* Write engaging, on-brand social media captions
* Schedule approved content across social platforms
* Adapt content and editing styles to match different client brands
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Stay current with social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices

What We're Looking For:

* Experience editing short-form social media content
* Excellent spoken AND written English
* Strong proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tool and Canva
* Understanding of hooks, pacing, visual storytelling, and viewer retention
* Strong creative instincts and attention to detail
* Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
* Able to follow direction, accept feedback, and make revisions
* Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
* Experience working with multiple brands, agencies, or professional-service businesses is a plus

Position:

Full-time: 40 hours/week
Hours are flexible
$4–$6 USD/hour depending on experience
+ performance/production bonus opportunities

This is a long-term position with consistent work and the opportunity to grow.
