Full-Time Short Form Cinematic Video Editor
About the Role
We're looking for a full-time cinematic video editor who knows how to tell a story through visuals.
This role is focused on creating high-quality event recaps, travel films, brand videos, and cinematic content that leaves an impact. We want someone who can take hours of footage, identify the strongest
You should have a strong eye for composition, pacing, music selection, color, and emotion—not just transitions.
If you naturally notice the smallest details and enjoy creating edits that feel like mini documentaries or commercials, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
* Edit cinematic event recap videos.
* Edit travel recap and lifestyle films.
* Build engaging intros and memorable outros.
* Select the strongest shots from large amounts of footage.
* Create smooth pacing that tells a compelling story.
* Use sound design to enhance emotion and impact.
* Perform professional color correction and color grading.
* Mix music, ambient audio, and sound effects.
* Organize footage and project files efficiently.
* Deliver polished edits on deadline.
* Collaborate with the creative team and implement feedback.
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience editing cinematic videos.
* Excellent storytelling and sequencing skills.
* Ability to identify the strongest
* Strong understanding of pacing, emotion, and visual flow.
* Advanced color correction and color grading skills.
* Experience with sound design and audio mixing.
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required). After Effects and DaVinci Resolve are a plus.
* Ability to work independently and make creative decisions.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
Bonus Skills
* Motion graphics and title animations.
* Drone footage editing.
* Experience editing commercial or brand films.
* Photography or videography experience.
* Knowledge of cinematic camera movement and shot selection.
