JOB OVERVIEW

The Blueprint builds high-quality websites for small businesses across the U.S. We help businesses with no website or an outdated website get a professional new site fast.

We need a sharp, confident Sales VA to help run our outbound sales pipeline.

This is not a passive admin role. You will speak with U.S. business owners, manage follow-up, keep our CRM clean, and move qualified prospects through the sales process.

What you will own

* Pull and qualify local business leads through Google Maps and other sources
* Make 50–100 outbound calls per day to U.S. small-business owners
* Follow our cold-call script closely
* Identify decision-makers and qualify website needs
* Ask budget questions and secure verbal interest
* Log every call, note, callback, and outcome in GoHighLevel within five minutes
* Send complete website-builder briefs within five minutes of a verbal yes
* Manage callback reminders and follow-up calls
* Monitor incoming SMS replies and hot-lead alerts
* Track invoices, payment status, and client handoffs
* Send new-client welcome emails and complete basic onboarding tasks
* Post a daily scorecard before the end of each shift

What success looks like

* 75 calls per day minimum
* 100�curate GoHighLevel updates
* No missed callbacks or unassigned hot leads
* Builder briefs sent fast and complete
* Strong call confidence and script adherence
* Reliable daily reporting

Required experience

* Excellent spoken and written English
* Prior cold-calling or outbound sales experience
* Experience with U.S.-based businesses is a major plus
* GoHighLevel experience is preferred
* Strong CRM discipline and attention to detail
* Comfortable with objections and rejection
* Able to follow a proven sales script without freelancing
* Fast learner who can work independently after training
* Reliable laptop, headset, backup internet, and quiet workspace

### Schedule and compensation

* Full-time role
* 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday
* Fixed salary: **$400 per month**
* Performance bonuses may be available based on activity, lead quality, and consistency
* Long-term role for the right person

### Training

You will receive a detailed SOP, call script, CRM training, role-play sessions, and supervised live calls before you work independently.
