JOB OVERVIEW

TITLE: Full-Time STR Operations Assistant — Luxury Cabin Portfolio (US Eastern hours)

HOURS: Wednesday–Sunday, minimum 10am–7pm US Eastern (10pm–7am Manila). Fixed schedule.
SALARY: [$X–$Y]/month USD, paid [twice monthly]. Long-term, direct hire.

ABOUT US
Wanderluxe Getaways operates 8 luxury vacation rentals — large-group cabins in the Smoky Mountains, TN (up to 16 bedrooms, pools, theaters, game rooms) and a condo in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Most daily work is automated; you're the human checkpoint that keeps it accurate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Review AI-drafted guest replies against our written SOPs before they're sent — check facts, tone, and policy. You verify and approve; anything involving complaints, refunds, or legal issues escalates to the owner.
• Work directly with Airbnb and VRBO support on guest issues — booking alterations, date changes, cancellations, charge requests, and case follow-up — per SOP.
• Make day-to-day listing updates on Airbnb, VRBO, and our PMS — pricing/availability changes as directed, amenity and description edits, photo swaps, calendar checks.
• File damage claims through our insurance portal (deadlines, receipts, photo/video proof).
• Submit appliance and maintenance service requests to vendors and chase them to completion.
• Review turnover photos from the cleaning team, flag issues, log tasks in Asana.
• Send an end-of-day report every shift plus weekly trackers.

TOOLS
Hospitable, HostBuddy, Airbnb & VRBO host dashboards, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Forms. Training provided via video modules and a 30-day onboarding program with written runbooks for every task.

YOU
• 1+ year STR or hospitality support experience — must have handled Airbnb/VRBO support cases and listing edits yourself, not just guest chat
• Strong written English; you catch small errors others miss
• Follow written procedures exactly and flag when they don't cover a situation
• Reliable internet + backup power/internet
• Can genuinely sustain overnight Manila hours long-term

TO APPLY
Reply with: (1) confirmation you can work the schedule, (2) monthly rate expectation in USD, (3) internet speed and backup setup, (4) one example of resolving a guest issue through Airbnb or VRBO support, start to finish. Strongest applicants get a short paid test task.
