JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing company with a portfolio of websites and need a dedicated, full-time remote Link Builder to take full ownership of our off-page SEO. You will buy and secure high-quality backlinks, write & post guest articles, monitor rankings and traffic impact, and deliver consistent results across all our sites. This is a long-term role for someone who loves results and can work independently./

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect, outreach, negotiate, and buy high-quality links (niche edits, guest posts, resource links, paid placements – mix of free + paid is fine)

Research, write, or coordinate SEO-optimized articles and get them published on relevant sites

Monitor daily/weekly rankings, traffic, and backlink profiles using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console

Perform competitor backlink gap analysis and find new opportunities every week

You tell us what links to buy weekly or monthly

Keep detailed tracking sheets and send professional weekly reports (links acquired, cost, live URLs, ranking impact)

Ensure every link is relevant, high-authority, and white-hat

What We Offer (Hybrid Pay – You Earn More When You Deliver More):

Base salary: $850 – $1,000 USD per month (depending on experience and proven results)

Performance bonus: extra for ranking/traffic lifts (to be discussed later as websites perform)

Separate reimbursable link-buying budget ($1,000–$2,000+/month across all sites – you control spending)

Full-time (40 hrs/week), long-term, with room to grow

Work from anywhere (strong preference for Philippines for time-zone alignment)

Requirements:

1+ years real experience buying links, guest posting, and outreach (not just theory)

Proficient with Ahrefs / SEMrush for ranking monitoring and competitor research

Strong English writing skills (you will post articles)

Highly organized and self-motivated – able to manage 5–15+ websites at once

Portfolio of recent links you have secured (we will check them in Ahrefs)
