We are a U.S.-based law firm focused exclusively on Social Security Disability cases at both the agency level and in Federal Court (U.S. District Court).
We are hiring a full-time remote paralegal based in the Philippines who can handle both case work and client communication, including outbound calls.
This is a long-term role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has impeccable English communication skills.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role combines legal support, operations, and client communication.
Social Security Disability (SSD) Case Support
Review medical records and identify key evidence
Prepare medical summaries and timelines
Organize large administrative records (often 1,000+ pages)
Track deadlines for Appeals Council and Federal Court cases
Assist with document preparation and filings
Operations & Case Management
Maintain detailed case tracking systems (Excel / Google Sheets)
Monitor case statuses and ensure deadlines are met
Keep internal systems accurate and up to date
Help improve workflows and processes
Client Communication (Outbound Calls Required)
Make outbound calls to clients to follow up on cases, documents, and next steps
Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with U.S.-based clients
Explain basic case status updates (training provided)
Document all communications accurately

Required Skills
Excellent spoken English (neutral accent, easy to understand)
Strong written English (grammar and clarity matter)
Experience with outbound calls or client communication
Strong Excel, Word, and Office 365 skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. business hours (8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time)
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
Experience working with U.S. law firms
Social Security Disability experience
Experience summarizing medical records
Familiarity with CRMs or case management systems (Clio Manage, Clio Draft, Lawmatics, Zoom, Teams, etc.)
