We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company that specializes in wholesaling and selling Section 8 properties. We’re looking for a full-time Operations Assistant based in the Philippines to help us manage transactions, track deadlines, and communicate with our internal team.
Monthly Salary: $500 USD
Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM EST (Philippine Night Shift)
Location: Work from home
Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
What You’ll Do:
Compare and cross-check information between Trello boards, Google Sheets, Airtable, and real estate contracts
Track key deadlines such as inspection periods, financing contingencies, and other important contract terms
Ensure comments and action items on Trello are responded to in a timely manner and escalate when necessary
Hold our transaction coordinators accountable for progress and updates
Prepare detailed daily reports showing task completion, upcoming issues, and any areas of concern
Create and improve internal systems and processes (without step-by-step direction)
Occasionally help research and list potential properties for our buyers using our sourcing process
Tools You Will Use:

Slack or other team communication tools
Who We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (this is non-negotiable)
Experience working with contracts, deadlines, or detailed project management
Strong tech skills (especially with spreadsheets, task boards, and databases)
Critical thinker with extreme attention to detail
Able to manage time and prioritize with little supervision
Real estate knowledge or experience is a big plus (but not required)
Bonus: Experience working with U.S. clients or in the real estate/wholesale/investment space
