JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager who can follow step-by-step video instructions and help build and manage a sub-agency from the ground up.

You will receive clear training videos, systems, and instructions. Your job is to follow the process carefully, manage the tasks, and help grow the agency step by step.

Main Responsibilities:

Build and manage a sub-agency by following step-by-step video instructions
Set up outreach systems based on provided training videos
Contact prospects and book/handle calls
Speak with prospects and help close deals after receiving step-by-step instructions
Manage daily project tasks and make sure everything is completed on time
Follow SOPs, training videos, and checklists exactly
Report progress clearly and regularly

Requirements:

Full-time availability
Good English communication skills
Comfortable speaking with prospects on calls
Strong organization and project management skills
Able to follow detailed video instructions step by step
Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
Experience with outreach, sales, project management, or agency work is a plus

This role is for someone who wants to grow long term.

You do not need to figure everything out alone. You will receive step-by-step instructions, videos, and systems to follow. We are looking for someone who can execute, manage, improve, and grow with the company.
