Hiring: Full-Time Personal Assistant for Digital Media Agency (Remote - Philippines)

About the Role:
My name's Mike I’m the founder of a fast-growing digital media and marketing company that works with top intellectuals, scientists, and YouTubers (e.g., Curt Jaimungal, Jesse Michels, Edward Frenkel). We build and manage high-impact YouTube and podcast platforms, and now I’m looking for a smart, reliable, full-time personal assistant to work closely alongside me.
This isn’t a typical assistant job. You’ll have your hands in a little bit of everything — from managing content calendars and coordinating freelancers to handling personal tasks, researching new tools, and organizing backend systems like Notion, Google Sheets, and more.
If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with a visionary brand, you might be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage my schedule, task lists, and communications
• Organize and maintain systems in Notion, Google Sheets, Drive, etc.
• Help manage YouTube uploads, titles, descriptions, and metadata
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and freelancers
• Handle simple video editing, thumbnail uploads, and podcast episode prep
• Conduct research, generate reports, and summarize findings
• Support personal errands, project follow-ups, and documentation
• Learn and use new tools/software quickly (e.g., Riverside, Canva, Zapier, Slack)
• Occasionally handle customer service or client communications via
Requirements:
• Excellent English (written and spoken)
• Fast and reliable internet
• Strong knowledge of YouTube, Google Workspace, Notion
• Familiar with tools like Canva, Slack, Riverside.fm, and basic video editing (CapCut, Descript, or similar)
• Proactive, independent, organized, and resourceful
• A fast learner who can work without constant supervision
Bonus If You Have:
• Experience working with content creators or marketing teams
• Knowledge of podcasting, YouTube SEO, or online course platforms
• Creative thinking and good taste in aesthetics/design
• Familiarity with project management tools or CRMs
