**Full-Time PA & Graphic Designer — Canva + Claude Code Required**

**About Us**

Rbeiz Real Estate is a residential property agency run by Fadi Rbeiz — 35+ years navigating the property market. We handle apartments, villas, land, and off-plan developments. We're building out our marketing operation and need a dedicated, long-term team member to run alongside us.

If you do not have extensive, hands-on experience with Claude Code, please do not apply. This is not a "nice to have" — it is a core requirement of the job. We will not consider applicants who are only casually familiar with Claude AI chat.

**The Role**

This is a full-time, hybrid role combining personal assistant work, CRM/admin support, and hands-on graphic design. You'll keep the day-to-day organized, respond to incoming leads, and also produce marketing designs using Canva and Claude/Claude Code for our property listings, ad campaigns, and social content.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming leads through WhatsApp promptly and professionally
- Enter and maintain lead and client data in our CRM
- Track appointments and leads, and proactively remind the manager of upcoming appointments and follow-ups
- Update and maintain the website with new listings and content
- Personal assistant duties: manage schedule, inbox, tasks, and follow-ups; keep projects on track
- Design property and marketing graphics in Canva (social posts, carousels, ads) following our brand guidelines
- Use Claude AI and Claude Code to build and generate design assets, templates, and creative content
- Support ongoing Instagram content — captions, Reels, carousels for property listings
- Help maintain and apply our brand design system consistently across all materials
- Plus: basic video creation and editing for Reels and property video content
- General admin support as needed

**Requirements**
- This must be your ONLY job. Full-time commitment — 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. We will not consider applicants who already have another job or plan to treat this as a side hustle.
- Extensive, hands-on experience with Claude AI and Claude Code is mandatory — you must be able to actually create designs using Claude Code, not just chat with it casually. If you don't have this, please don't apply.
- Excellent, fluent English — written and spoken
- Proficient in Canva
- Proven personal assistant / virtual assistant experience
- Comfortable with CRM data entry and lead management
- Highly organized — able to manage multiple tasks and follow through with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and 24-hour electricity at your workstation — no exceptions, as this role requires you to be online and responsive throughout your shift
- Willing to work with time tracking software for the full duration of your shift
- Available to start work around 1:00–2:00 PM Philippines time, for 8 consecutive hours

**Schedule**

Full-time. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. Start time approximately 1:00–2:00 PM Philippines time. This is a long-term, exclusive role — not compatible with other jobs or freelance clients.

**Compensation**

$400–$600 USD per month, based on experience and skill level. After 6 months, applicants who show dedication, strong skill, and a proactive, positive attitude will be eligible for bonuses on top of base pay. We're looking to grow with someone long-term, and we reward people who show up and take ownership.
