Leaf Doctors is a fast-growing Australian telehealth clinic and we are hiring a Full-Time Outbound Sales Caller / Appointment Setter.

This role is 100% outbound.
There are no inbound calls, no customer service, no live chat, no patient management, and no social media work.
Your sole focus is making outbound calls, speaking with prospects, and booking appointments.

Role Overview
You will be provided with call lists, scripts, and clear targets. Your job is to confidently call prospects, explain our service, overcome basic objections, and convert conversations into booked appointments.
This is a phone-heavy role and requires confidence, clarity, and strong spoken English.

Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to provided lead lists
- Clearly explain Leaf Doctors’ services over the phone
- Generate and book appointments into our system
- Follow call scripts and objection-handling frameworks
- Accurately update call outcomes and notes
- Meet daily and weekly call and booking targets

Required Experience & Skills
- Fluent, confident English (non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

Role Details

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sydney time)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Remote / Work from home
Rate: $7 AUD per hour
