JOB OVERVIEW

We're Vault, a US SaaS company. We help contractors recover lost revenue from missed calls. We need one experienced, full-time outbound caller + closer. You must have outbound calling experience . You already know how to dial, pitch, handle objections, and close.

WHAT'S ALREADY BUILT FOR YOU:
- Power dialer loaded and ready (you press call, it dials)
- CRM with full pipeline management
- Lead lists loaded weekly (you never source leads)
- Automated audit system that runs 7 days and generates reports
- US phone number provided
- Word-for-word scripts (you can adjust based on your style)

YOUR 3 JOBS:

1. OUTBOUND — 200+ dials per day minimum:
Call contractors from the power dialer. Offer a free 7-day trial that monitors their missed calls and shows them how much revenue they're losing. You walk them through a 30-second setup on their phone. You're offering something free. Easy yes.

2. FOLLOW UP — report delivery calls:
After 7 days, a report auto-generates showing how many calls the contractor missed and how much money they lost. You call them. Walk them through the numbers. The data is brutal — contractors see $20,000-$100,000/year walking out the door. The report does the convincing.

3. CLOSE — ask for the sale:
After delivering the report you ask: "Want to keep this running? $147 a month." Most say yes because the math is obvious — $147/month to save $50,000+/year. You handle any remaining objections and get the card.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF:
- You've worked outbound in a BPO, call center, or remote sales role
- You've made 200+ dials/day before and it doesn't scare you
- You know how to handle objections without freezing
- You've closed deals over the phone before (even small ones)
- You don't need someone holding your hand
- You hear "commission-heavy" and get excited, not nervous

DO NOT APPLY IF:
- You've never done outbound calling
- You need extensive training on how to make calls
- You're looking for a high base salary with no performance pressure
- 200 dials/day sounds like a lot to you

PAY STRUCTURE (commission-heavy — designed for closers):

Base: $1.50/hour ($12/day, $250/month floor)

Commissions:
- $10 per free trial you set up and get running
- $75 per trial that converts to a paying customer ($147/month)
- $150 per customer that upgrades to $499/month (happens after a few months, easy upsell)

NO CAP. EVER.

DAILY EARNINGS AT 200+ DIALS:

Solid performer — 6 trials/day, 2 closes/day:
$12 base + $60 trials + $150 closes = $222/day = $4,440/month

Strong performer — 8 trials/day, 3 closes/day:
$12 + $80 + $225 = $317/day = $6,340/month

Animal — 10 trials/day, 4 closes/day:
$12 + $100 + $300 = $412/day = $8,240/month

Weekly pay via Wise or PayPal. Never late.

THE PRODUCT SELLS ITSELF:
The first call is offering something free. The second call is delivering data that shocks them — "you missed 28 calls worth $94,000 last year." You're not convincing anyone of anything. You're showing them their own numbers and asking if they want to keep making money. This is the easiest close you'll ever make.

SCHEDULE:
8 hours/day, Monday-Friday
US business hours (8am-5pm Central, 1-hour break)
200+ dials per day is the minimum expectation. Non-negotiable.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 6 months outbound calling experience (BPO, call center, remote sales, freelance — any counts)
- Clear English with neutral or American-passing accent
- Quiet workspace, fast internet, quality headset
- Comfortable with power dialers and CRMs
- 200+ dials/day is your normal, not your stretch goal
- Reliable. On time. Every single day.
- Hungry. You see uncapped commissions and you want to destroy your targets.

THIS IS A GROUND-FLOOR ROLE. We are scaling fast. First person in the door who performs becomes the sales lead and builds the team. That means higher base, override commissions on your team's closes, and leadership title. But you earn it with results first.
