ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to help run the day-to-day operations of the business.
This is a key role in the company. You will work directly with the founder to help turn ideas into execution, manage tasks across the team, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is NOT just a basic assistant role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve problems, and help improve systems over time.
This position offers strong room for growth. The right candidate can grow into a General Manager role with increased compensation and responsibility.
We will start with a trial period (1–2 months) to ensure it’s a good fit, then move into a long-term position.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage day-to-day operations of the business
• Take ideas from the founder and turn them into clear tasks/projects
• Assign and track tasks for tea
• Ensure projects are completed on time
• Oversee product launches (coordinate designs, uploads, etc.)
• Monitor order fulfillment, shipping, and logistics issues
• Communicate with suppliers or partners when needed
• Coordinate marketing execution:
• Influencer campaigns
•
• Promotions and product drops
• Oversee website operations:
• Product uploads
• Basic SEO checks (training will be provided)
• Ensuring clean and accurate product pages
• Manage customer support flow and handle escalations
• Track and report key metrics weekly:
• Revenue
• Product performance
• Issues / bottlenecks

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE
• Building and improving SOPs (standard operating procedures)
• Helping hire and manage freelancers
• Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements
• Light data analysis and reporting
• General problem-solving across the business
