Full-Time Operations Coordinator (Remote | Long-Term | Growth Opportunity)

*Role Overview**

As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll oversee daily field operations, logistics, and client coordination — ensuring every project runs on time, on budget, and up to our standards.
You’ll work directly with leadership to streamline systems, improve efficiency, and manage a growing remote and on-site team.

This is a long-term role with room for advancement. The right person will grow into a leadership position as the company expands regionally.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project & Logistics Management (40%)**

* Assign and manage daily technician routes and ensure crews are prepared for each job.
* Oversee dispatch, equipment checklists, and field communications.
* Solve day-to-day issues fast — rerouting, rescheduling, and supporting the field team.
* Maintain Jobber CRM and Google Workspace records.

**Client & Financial Oversight (25%)**

* Create and send estimates and invoices.
* Follow up on open quotes (24-hr, 48-hr, 1-week intervals).
* Request deposits, track payments, and reconcile accounts.
* Coordinate material orders and deliveries.

**Admin, Marketing & Lead Support (25%)**

* Organize project photos, Google Drive folders, and reporting dashboards.
* Assist with light marketing/SEO tasks (GBP updates, online listings, citations).
* Research and document new leads weekly (mobile home parks, property managers).
* Support recurring reporting and internal communication.

**Growth & Process Development (10%)**

* Identify inefficiencies and propose new systems or tools.
* Maintain and update SOPs in Notion.
* Support hiring and training as the team grows.

**Requirements**

Onboarding & Training
We’re still building many of our systems — you’ll be learning by doing.
The first few weeks focus on shadowing calls, hopping in right away, understanding our client workflow, and getting comfortable in our online software and Jobber. Expect an active learning curve and close collaboration with our leadership team.
Comfortable using Hubstaff time tracking (with screenshots) — we use it for transparency and workflow review.

* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (Business, Operations, or related field) *preferred*
* **Experience:** 3–5 years in operations, scheduling, client success, customer support or logistics (construction, junk removal, or service industry a plus).
*** Expert Level English
* **Skills:**

* Strong project management and process-building abilities.
* Proficient in CRMs, Google Workspace, and cloud systems (Jobber or similar).
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* High attention to detail, self-discipline, and proactive communication.
* Fast computer proficiency (55+ WPM typing, reliable setup).

### **Compensation & Benefits**

* **Salary:** $1,200 – $2,000 USD/month (based on experience and performance).
Compensation grows with mastery and ownership. Strong performers can advance quickly in both pay and responsibility.

**Schedule**: 8 AM – 6 PM EST, Monday–Saturday (~50 hrs/week).
This is a fast-moving environment — ideal for someone who thrives on structure, consistency, and responsibility.
