JOB OVERVIEW

We do not need a media buyer who hides behind complicated campaign structures.

We need someone who can look at the numbers, understand exactly what is happening, and make the correct decision quickly.

We operate a growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands across multiple niches. We are looking for an experienced Meta Media Buyer to take full-time responsibility for the performance and scaling of our advertising accounts.

This is a long-term position for an individual, not an agency. It should be your primary full-time role rather than one of many small client accounts.

HOW OUR SYSTEM WORKS

We use a straightforward campaign structure:

* ABO campaigns for testing
* CBO campaigns for scaling
* Automated creative launches
* Clear KPI targets and decision-making rules
* Approximately 100 new creatives tested across our brands each week

Our infrastructure and launch systems are already built.

Your value will come from reading the data, monitoring the accounts, identifying problems, making fast decisions, and scaling spend while maintaining the required KPIs.

We are not looking for someone who constantly introduces unnecessary campaign structures. We want someone who understands that excellent media buying comes down to disciplined execution, accurate data interpretation, and consistent account management.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will:

* Monitor all Meta advertising accounts daily
* Oversee multiple brands across different e-commerce niches
* Make sure automated launches run correctly
* Identify delivery, tracking, spending, or campaign issues quickly
* Evaluate new creatives inside our ABO testing structure
* Move proven winners into CBO scaling campaigns
* Increase or decrease budgets according to defined KPI targets
* Scale winning campaigns while protecting overall profitability
* Stop losing campaigns before they waste unnecessary budget
* Maintain a clear overview of performance across all brands
* Track daily and weekly results
* Communicate important changes, problems, and opportunities clearly
* Provide feedback about which creatives, angles, and audiences are performing
* Handle a high volume of approximately 100 new creatives per week
* Work quickly without sacrificing accuracy

The role is heavily focused on monitoring, analysis, decision-making, and execution. You will not need to spend your day manually building every campaign because our launch process is already automated.

WHAT YOU MUST UNDERSTAND

You must be comfortable working with metrics such as:

* CPA
* ROAS
* Break-even ROAS
* MER
* CPM
* CTR
* CPC
* Conversion rate
* Average order value
* Daily spend
* Budget allocation
* Creative-level performance
* Account-level profitability

You should understand the difference between short-term fluctuations and meaningful performance changes.

You must also know when to give a campaign more time, when to reduce spend, when to stop it, and when to scale aggressively.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You should:

* Have proven experience managing Meta/Facebook advertising for e-commerce brands
* Have strong experience with both ABO testing and CBO scaling
* Be extremely comfortable with numbers
* Make decisions based on KPIs rather than emotions or guesses
* Be able to work across several advertising accounts without losing oversight
* Be a fast and disciplined executor
* Enjoy spending time inside Ads Manager, dashboards, and spreadsheets
* Be highly focused, ambitious, and results-driven
* Take ownership instead of waiting to be told about every small problem
* Be able to identify issues before they become expensive
* Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
* Be available for consistent daily account monitoring
* Be comfortable performing light weekend checks when necessary
* Communicate clearly and reliably
* Have experience using AI to improve analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency

AI experience is valuable, but you must still be capable of interpreting the numbers and making decisions independently.

This role is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys working. You should enjoy seeing campaigns improve, creatives begin spending, and brands scale as a result of your decisions.

If you prefer slow environments, limited responsibility, or managing many unrelated clients at once, this will probably not be the right position.

COMPENSATION

The compensation structure includes:

* A fixed ongoing retainer
* A tiered performance bonus based on advertising spend achieved while maintaining the agreed KPIs
* Increased compensation as responsibility and results grow

The better our brands scale within the required performance targets, the more you can earn.

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of products and markets, see new creatives tested at a high volume, and play an important role in rapidly scaling multiple e-commerce brands.

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

You will not be joining a slow corporate team or working on one account with a small number of monthly tests.

You will be part of a dynamic e-commerce team that:

* Launches and tests approximately 100 new creatives per week
* Operates multiple brands across different niches
* Makes decisions quickly
* Rewards measurable results
* Uses automation to remove unnecessary manual work
* Gives strong performers significant responsibility
* Provides the opportunity to scale alongside the company

We are looking for someone who wants to become a key long-term part of the team.

HOW TO APPLY

Please begin your proposal with the words “NUMBERS FIRST” so we know you read the complete job post.

Please also answer the following questions:

1. How many years of Meta media-buying experience do you have?

2. What types of e-commerce brands have you worked with?

3. What level of monthly advertising spend have you personally managed?

4. Explain how you normally use ABO campaigns for testing and CBO campaigns for scaling.

5. Tell us about a campaign you successfully scaled while maintaining its required KPIs.

6. Which numbers do you check first when evaluating a newly launched creative?

7. How do you determine whether a weak result is temporary volatility or a real performance problem?

8. How have you used AI to improve your media-buying workflow?

9. Are you available for a full-time, long-term position?

10. What fixed monthly retainer would you expect?

We are looking for someone who loves numbers, moves quickly, takes ownership, and finds genuine satisfaction in seeing advertising accounts and brands scale.
