Job Overview
We’re launching a crowdfunding-style campaign to launch the grand opening of Firefly Cowboy Inn, a luxury boutique hospitality property located in Gatlinburg, TN perched over the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We also manage other hospitality properties in our High Cotton Stays Luxury Collective - and we will need help catching up on multiple projects which will be secondary to this grand opening launch.
We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Virtual Assistant to own our lead-generation funnel and provide broader digital support. You will drive traffic and bookings through Meta ads and MailChimp while assisting with creative and web tasks as the campaign (and other projects) grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up, launch, monitor, and optimize Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager campaigns focused on lead generation and VIP list presale sign-ups.
• Build and manage MailChimp automated sequences: welcome flows, nurture

• Support creative needs: Create ad graphics, social assets, and the Firefly Cowboy logo using Canva or similar tools. We have
• Execute web design tasks with confidence (WordPress/Elementor experience is a big plus).
• Help coordinate projects, organize assets, and handle additional digital marketing/admin tasks as needed.
• Provide weekly reports and suggest improvements to the funnel and overall online presence.
• Work full-time (approximately 40 hours/week) on a flexible schedule. Will need a daily checkins or updates during agreed hours. Must have at least some availability during the Central Time Zone in the U.S.
Required Skills & Experience (Top Priorities)
1. Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — lead-gen campaigns, audiences, retargeting, pixel tracking, and optimization (5+ years preferred). Share past results (cost per lead, ROAS).
2. Proficiency in MailChimp — building automations, templates, segmentation, and analytics.
3. Digital support skills — Canva for graphics/logo design, basic WordPress/web updates, and comfort juggling multiple tasks.
Bonus: Experience with hospitality, tourism, or crowdfunding-style launches.
