Meta + TikTok (B2B & B2C)
$7.50/hour | 40 hours/week | Paid Bi-Weekly. There is no room for negotiation.

REQUIRED WORK HOURS:
Monday–Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (California Time)
You must be available during these exact hours.

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing company looking for a highly skilled Video & Static Ad Media Creator & Media Buyer to join our team full-time.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who can conceptualize, create, launch, optimize, and scale paid ad campaigns from start to finish across Meta and TikTok. Campaigns will include both B2B and B2C verticals.

You must understand that ads are not about vanity metrics. They are about hitting target CPAs and generating profitable conversions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Create High-Converting Ad Creatives
-Produce video ads (UGC, talking head, direct response, short-form)
-Create static image ads
-Write hooks and ad copy
-Split test creative variations
-Improve creatives based on performance data

2. Run Paid Ad Campaigns
-Launch and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
-Launch and manage TikTok Ads
-Set up tracking and conversion events
-Optimize campaigns daily
-Work toward specific CPA targets
-Scale profitable campaigns

3. Analyze Performance
-Monitor CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR
-Kill underperforming ads quickly
-Identify creative fatigue
-Provide weekly performance summaries

4. Manage Social Media Accounts
-Schedule posts
-Maintain content calendar
-Ensure posts publish correctly
-Monitor engagement

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
-3+ years running Meta Ads
-2+ years running TikTok Ads
-Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
-Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
-Experience hitting specific CPA targets
-Experience with both B2B and B2C campaigns
-Strong analytical skills
