Subject: Full time marketing VA needed, 40 hours per week, Go High Level experience and daily patient calling required
Hello,
I am the owner of Houghton Physical Therapy, a physical therapy and wellness clinic in Attleboro, Massachusetts. I am looking for a full time marketing virtual assistant and want to see if you have the right fit. Here is exactly what I need.
The Role:
1. Full time, 40 hours per week, fully remote, starting on a short term basis with the option to extend based on performance.
2. Must have proven, hands on experience inside Go High Level. We run our marketing on PhysioFunnels, which is built on Go High Level. I am not looking for a general VA who needs months of training. I need someone who can log in and execute from week one.
3. This is very important: this role includes 1 to 2 hours of live phone calling every single day. The VA will call our patients to confirm attendance for our workshops and events, and set patient appointments when needed. This is not optional or occasional. It is a daily core responsibility, so the right candidate must be confident, warm, and professional on the phone with excellent spoken English.
What They Will Do:
1. Call patients 1 to 2 hours daily: confirming workshop and event attendance, and setting patient appointments when needed.
2. Deploy marketing campaigns built by me and my marketing agency inside Go High Level.
3. Schedule and send patient
4. Manage Google review request sequences.
5. Run patient reactivation sequences.
6. Keep pipelines, workflows, and automations moving consistently.
7. Complete a weekly marketing scoreboard every Friday.
What I Am Looking For:
1. Excellent spoken English and a warm, confident phone presence. Prior phone based appointment setting or confirmation calling experience is required.

4. Reliable, deadline driven, and proactive. Reports numbers weekly without being chased.
5. Daily working hours that overlap US Eastern Time, since patient calling must happen during our business hours.
Three Conditions:
1. Candidates will complete a short Go High Level skills test and a recorded phone roleplay as part of selection.
2. All work product created for my clinic is owned by Houghton Physical Therapy from day one, confirmed in the contract.
3. Because this role involves patient contact, the VA and your company must sign confidentiality agreements and follow US healthcare privacy requirements. Tell me how your company handles this for healthcare clients.
Timeline: I am moving quickly. We have major patient communication campaigns and workshops launching in early September, so I want this person selected, onboarded, and executing by late August.
