FULL-TIME MARKETING ASSISTANT (LOCAL SEO, REVIEWS, SYSTEMS)

ABOUT US:

We are Breakthrough Basketball, a well-established basketball training company that runs camps and programs across the United States.

We serve thousands of players and families each year and are focused on improving our local online presence across hundreds of locations.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are hiring a full-time marketing assistant to help manage and improve our local online presence.

This role starts with execution (following systems and checklists), but will grow into owning projects and improving processes over time.

You do NOT need to be an expert.

But you DO need to be:

* detail-oriented
* reliable
* a good communicator
* able to figure things out

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

* manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP)
* help generate and track customer reviews
* update listings, citations, and business information
* follow step-by-step SEO and marketing processes
* monitor rankings and report changes
* help improve systems over time (after training)

We have written systems and instructions for you to follow and complete the above tasks.

IMPORTANT:

This is NOT just a task-following job.

We want someone who:

* pays attention to detail
* takes ownership over time
* notices problems and helps solve them

REQUIREMENTS:

* excellent written and spoken English
* strong attention to detail (VERY important)
* reliable and consistent
* able to follow instructions exactly
* comfortable learning new tools and systems
* available full-time (40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri)

NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED):

* experience with SEO, Google Business Profile, or marketing
* experience with spreadsheets or tracking data
* past marketing or admin experience

COMPENSATION:

* $5 to $8 per hour depending on experience
* full-time (40 hours per week)
