We’re building a lead machine—and we need someone who can help us fuel it daily.
If you’re experienced with Claude AI, data scraping, lead generation, and CRM management, this is a high-impact role where your work directly drives revenue.
???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will own the top of our sales funnel:
1. Lead Generation (Daily)
Research and find qualified leads in target industries (construction, brands, e-commerce, local businesses)
Use tools + AI (Claude) to identify high-quality prospects
Pull data from directories, LinkedIn, Google, etc.
2. Data Scrubbing & Qualification
Clean and verify leads
Remove duplicates and bad data
Score leads based on criteria we provide
3. AI-Assisted Personalization
Use Claude to generate custom outreach angles
Help craft personalized messaging based on each lead
4. CRM Management (Pipedrive)
Input and organize all leads into Pipedrive
Tag, segment, and move leads through pipeline stages
Keep the CRM clean, structured, and actionable
5. Funnel Support
Help build and optimize our sales funnel
Track lead flow and identify bottlenecks
Work with our team to improve conversion rates

Pipedrive (or similar CRM)
Google Sheets / Excel
Lead scraping tools (Apollo, LinkedIn, Google scraping, etc.)
