Full-Time Lead Generation & CRM Specialist (GoHighLevel | Outreach | Social Media Support)
- $4.50–$5.50/hour (based on experience)
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Remote – Overlap with Eastern Time (EST) preferred — ideally available during US morning or early afternoon hours
- Paid bi-weekly (or weekly if need be) via Wise or PayPal or direct deposit

About Us
We're a truck, trailer, and RV repair company based in Pompano Beach, South Florida — and we're growing fast. We serve commercial fleets, owner-operators, and RV owners across Broward County, and we have aggressive plans to expand.
We run lean. Every person on this team owns their work and moves the needle directly.
We're not hiring someone to "manage our social media." We're hiring someone who finds leads, works them hard, and turns them into booked jobs.

What You'll Be Working On
Your #1 mission is to build a large, clean database of businesses in Broward County that operate trucks, trailers, or RVs — and then convert those leads into booked service appointments through smart, persistent, multi-channel outreach.
Everything else on this list supports that core goal.
#1. Lead Generation & Database Building — 50%+ of your time
Use Google Maps, industry directories, Seamless, Lusha, Apollo, and similar tools to research and identify businesses that operate commercial vehicles or RVs. Build a master database that includes company name, website, industry, estimated fleet size, physical address, phone numbers, emails, and key contacts where available.
We want a large, structured, usable list — built with care, not speed.
#2. CRM Management (GoHighLevel or similar)
Set up and manage pipelines, import and tag lead data, build email/SMS/follow-up automations, and keep lead status and conversation history current and organized.
#3. Outreach & Appointment Setting — Critical
Run outbound campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and DMs. Follow up consistently — most deals close after the 4th or 5th touch. Respond to inbound inquiries across platforms (Facebook, Reddit, Google, etc.) and convert conversations into booked service appointments.
We measure results, not activity. Booked appointments = success.
#4. Automation & AI Workflows
Build follow-up automations that reduce manual effort over time. Use AI tools to scale outreach and responses. We want systems that compound — not constant manual work.
#5. Social Media — Supporting Role
Post daily to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile (TikTok optional). Engage in trucking and RV-related groups, respond to messages, and use social channels to drive inbound leads.
Social media supports lead generation — it is not the primary job.
#6. Basic Marketing Materials
Create simple, clean flyers and graphics in Canva or similar tools to support outreach campaigns. Nothing elaborate — functional and professional.
#7. Light Admin / RFP Support
Assist with occasional research and document prep for service bids as needed.

What We're Looking For

- GoHighLevel experience — be specific and honest about your level
- Strong internet research and lead sourcing skills
- Comfortable running multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, WhatsApp, DMs)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for instructions
- Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
- Strong written English; Spanish is a bonus
- Available to overlap with EST hours (Miami, FL) — at least 4–5 hours of shared working time per day

We're a small, fast-moving operation. You'll work directly with the owner. We communicate clearly, give you the tools you need, and get out of your way. We don't micromanage — we set goals and expect you to own them.
We're building something here, and the right person grows with us. This role starts full-time and we treat long-term contributors well.

- A large, clean, tagged lead database ready for outreach
- Active outreach happening daily across multiple channels
- Booked appointments traceable to your efforts
- Automations in place that reduce manual follow-up work
