JOB OVERVIEW

RedLight Innovation is a UK hair care brand. We sell one premium product, a red light therapy hat.

I'm looking for an email designer who can design in Figma and build in Klaviyo. You'll work with me directly. We'll plan the strategy together, and you'll own the design and the build.

What you'll do
Design a new email in Figma most days, for campaigns and A/B tests.
Write or edit email copy with me.
Build and maintain Klaviyo flows, including a 30 day nurture sequence for quiz leads.
Set up campaigns, segments and coupon codes.
Follow our brand rules exactly.
Share ideas on what to test next.

What you need
2+ years using Klaviyo.
Strong Figma skills, with a portfolio of real email designs.
Able to design for a premium single-product brand, not busy retail product grids.
Able to write clear, simple email copy.
Good written English.

How hiring works

Qualifier. A paid test. $25 for one email design.
Head to head. The top two designers go into a paid month of live A/B tests on real RedLight emails. Same audience, same send time. Only the design and copy are different.
The winner. The designer whose emails win the most tests gets the full time role.

Hours and pay
8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
Trial month: $800, paid to both finalists.
Full time role: $900 to $1,400 a month. Your starting rate is based on your showdown results. Pay is reviewed every 90 days against the results your emails bring in.
