About Us:
We are a fast-growing Scandinavian e-commerce group operating multiple direct-to-consumer brands across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.
We scale products aggressively through paid media (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) and are now expanding our influencer and UGC acquisition efforts significantly.
We are looking for a serious, performance-driven Influencer & UGC Talent Manager who knows exactly how to find, evaluate and negotiate with creators in the Nordic markets — especially Sweden.
???? Your Role
You will be responsible for:
Sourcing high-converting influencers & UGC creators (Sweden primary, Norway, Finland & Denmark secondary)
Identifying creators that match specific product angles and target audiences
Outreach & negotiation of collaborations
Structuring performance-based deals when possible
Evaluating creators based on engagement, audience quality & ad suitability
Building long-term creator pipelines
Tracking results and continuously improving creator quality
This is NOT basic mass outreach.
We need someone who understands:
Where to find hidden UGC talent
How to detect fake engagement
What type of content converts in paid ads
How to negotiate pricing professionally
How to build win-win long-term partnerships
???? Requirements
You must have:
Proven experience sourcing influencers or UGC creators
Strong English communication skills
Experience working with European/Nordic markets (preferred)
Fast response time
Strong negotiation ability
Understanding of performance-driven e-commerce
Bonus:
Experience working with Meta or TikTok Ads teams
Understanding of Swedish/Nordic consumer behavior

Base salary: $700–$1000/month (depending on experience)
