JOB OVERVIEW

We run a busy residential & commercial cleaning company in Calgary, Canada. We get new leads everyday from Google and our website. Your single focus: answer calls fast, contact every lead, follow our script, and book as many jobs as possible.

This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who likes structure, talking to people, and doing important, repetitive work at a high level.

What you will do:

Answer inbound calls from homeowners & renters looking for cleaning.
Call and text new leads within 5 minutes of inquiry (Google LSA + website forms).
Follow our script to ask questions, give prices, and book jobs in our booking system.
Work all unbooked leads through our follow-up cadence (multiple calls & texts over several days).
Confirm details with customers and keep notes accurate in our CRM.
Invite one-time customers to become recurring clients and record those correctly.
Outbound Sales.
Handle simple ---------- changes and basic reschedules.

SCHEDULE (Mountain Standard Time)
We are hiring 2 Sales VAs and will assign you to one of these fixed schedules:

Role A (Mon–Fri, off Sat–Sun):

Mon: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Tue: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Wed: 8 a.m.–2 p.m.
Thu: 8 a.m.–2 p.m.
Fri: 8 a.m.–2 p.m.

Role B (Wed–Sun, off Mon–Tue):

Wed: 2 p.m.–8 p.m.
Thu: 2 p.m.–8 p.m.
Fri: 2 p.m.–8 p.m.
Sat: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.
Sun: 8 a.m.–8 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent spoken & written English.
Stable internet, good headset, quiet workspace.
Experience in phone-based customer service or sales is a big plus.
Comfortable making many calls and following a script.
Reliable, detail-oriented, okay with repetitive work (this is how you earn more).

COMPENSATION
Fixed base hourly rate (paid in USD, full-time).
$ Bonus per completed job you book.
$ Bonus per new recurring client who completes their second clean.
+ more incentives to be put in place
