JOB OVERVIEW

???? Full-Time Graphic Designer & Creative VA (eCommerce – Long Term)

We are a growing U.S.-based eCommerce brand in the home improvement and painting industry, selling on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other online marketplaces.

We are hiring a Full-Time Graphic Designer & Creative Virtual Assistant who understands conversion-focused design and can turn raw photos and videos into high-performing marketplace content.

This is a long-term role with stable monthly pay and opportunity for raises.

Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Remote

???? Your Responsibilities

Using our raw product photos and video footage, you will create:

High-converting Amazon & Walmart image stacks

Premium A+ Content layouts

Shopify product page visuals

Product infographics (features, benefits, comparisons)

Lifestyle images created from video stills

Short-form product videos (15–30 sec clips)

Marketplace-compliant listing images

Occasional ad creatives and thumbnails

This role focuses on conversion-driven design, not just aesthetics.

You must:

Have experience designing Amazon listing images

Understand Amazon main image rules

Be skilled in Photoshop and/or Illustrator (Canva alone is not enough)

Have experience creating A+ Content

Be comfortable editing short-form product videos

Understand layout hierarchy and sales psychology

Have strong English comprehension

Be detail-oriented and organized

Meet deadlines consistently
