JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative, high-quality custom apparel graphics for fraternities, sororities, and other student organizations based on client briefs and brand guidelines (shirts,pants, hoodies, hats, etc.)
- Develop mockups, design proofs, and production-ready files that meet print and production requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while balancing varying priorities and deadlines.
- Research and stay updated on current trends in fashion, collegiate culture, and Greek life to keep designs fresh and relevant.
- Organize, maintain, and update a digital asset library, including logos, templates, and past design work, for easy access and reusability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure creative alignment and high-quality outcomes.
- Other tasks may be assigned based on the role.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in clothing, fashion, or apparel.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong vector illustration and apparel design skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and textile design.
- Ability to create trend-driven and market-relevant designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to follow directions, adapt design styles, and respond quickly during working hours.
- Experience preparing print-ready files and production specifications is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in apparel or branding design is highly preferred.
