Video Editor - 9-Figure DTC Supplement Brand
Hey there! I'm Ky from a fast-growing direct-response eCommerce company operating multiple 9-figure supplement brands under one portfolio.
In 2025, our brands generated over $100M in revenue across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and DTC channels, and we're on track to hit $140M+ by 2026.
We're looking to expand our video editing team with editors who understand performance-driven content creation.

You're Perfect If You Have/Are…

Output focused - You ship fast without sacrificing quality
2+ years proven experience as a video editor, preferably in direct-response/paid ads
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
Detail-oriented and meticulous - You catch the small things that impact performance
Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
Excellent written and spoken English for seamless team collaboration
Coachable team player - You take feedback and implement it quickly
Proactive mindset - You constantly find ways to improve performance
High standards of achievement and integrity
Process-oriented - Good at following and creating SOPs for repeatable tasks

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Project Completion Rate: Timely delivery measured by percentage of projects completed on or before deadline
Video Quality: Adherence to high standards measured by internal quality ratings and feedback
Viewer Engagement: Success in creating engaging content measured by CTR, average watch time, hook rate, and overall ROAS
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to introduce new ideas that enhance video content performance

Step 1: Complete Screening Questionnaire
All applicants must complete our screening questionnaire to demonstrate their understanding of direct-response editing, pattern recognition, and decision-making under pressure.

This takes 20-30 minutes and helps us identify editors who understand performance-driven content.
Step 2: Paid Trial Task (By Invitation Only)
Top candidates from the screening will be invited to complete a paid trial consisting of two short editing tasks designed to test real-world editing ability.
Step 3: Final Interview
The strongest performers from the paid trial will advance to a final interview.
