JOB OVERVIEW

The Body Bulletin is hiring a full-time DM Appointment Setter to help women struggling with stubborn weight, low energy, gut issues, hormone changes, and a metabolism that no longer responds to what used to work.

You’ll start genuine conversations with potential clients, learn about their goals and challenges, determine whether they may be a fit for our programs, and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is not a traditional administrative VA position. It is a performance-based sales role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, following up consistently, and earning based on results.

What You’ll Do
Start new conversations with qualified prospects on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Respond to followers, commenters, content leads, and inbound messages
Build rapport and uncover each prospect’s goals, struggles, and urgency
Qualify prospects using our scripts and conversation framework
Book qualified prospects for sales calls
Follow up consistently with leads who are not ready to book immediately
Keep conversations organized in our tracking systems
Track and report daily KPIs, appointments, and lead quality
Attend team training, role-play, and performance meetings
Work with the team to improve scripts, follow-up, and booking conversions

You will not diagnose health conditions or provide individualized health advice. Your role is to listen, qualify, and connect appropriate prospects with our team.

Daily Performance Expectations
Send at least 100 new outbound messages
Complete at least 100 follow-ups
Send 20 targeted follow requests
Leave 10 thoughtful comments on ideal prospects’ content
Generate genuine conversations about prospects’ health and goals
Meet weekly qualified appointment targets
Submit an accurate daily KPI report

These expectations may increase as you become more proficient.

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work consistent U.S. business hours
Excellent written and spoken English
Warm, confident, and professional communication
Experience with DM setting, appointment setting, lead generation, or online sales
Comfortable discussing sensitive concerns such as weight, digestion, hormones, energy, and confidence
Strong follow-up skills without sounding pushy or scripted
Comfortable working in a role measured by KPIs and results
Coachable, accountable, organized, and detail-oriented
Hungry to earn commissions and advance within the company
Reliable high-speed internet with a backup connection
Reliable computer, camera, headset, and professional workspace

Experience in women’s health, fitness, nutrition, coaching, or high-ticket programs is helpful but not required.

Compensation
Competitive monthly base pay
Commission for qualified appointments that become clients
Performance bonuses for reaching monthly sales milestones
Paid training and continued sales development
Target earning potential: $1,000+ per month for strong performers
