Full-Time Customer Service Agent (E-commerce)
Schedule: 40 hours/week | EST coverage | 7 days/week rotation

What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Process orders, track shipments, and update customers proactively
- Handle refunds, returns, warranty claims and complaint resolution with empathy and clarity
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Provide product information and basic recommendations
- Assist with general administrative and support tasks as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Based in the Philippines with a stable, high-speed internet connection
- Exclusive employment only (no other freelance or full-time jobs)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Available to work Eastern Time (EST) hours
- Comfortable with 7-day coverage schedules (40 total hours/week)
- Shopify experience is required
- Prior experience in e-commerce customer support
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with office tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Technical Requirements:
- Personal computer with an updated operating system
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Quiet, professional workspace
- Backup power source strongly recommended
