JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker to join our team full-time as a Creative Strategist. This role is perfect for someone who understands what makes ads work, loves researching winning creatives, and can turn ideas into clear briefs for designers and creators. You’ll work closely with our marketing team, editor, designer, and customer support to make sure everything runs smoothly and scales. Your Role Would Include:
Creating clear, high-quality briefs for creators, editors, and designers.
Conducting creative research using tools like Foreplay, Facebook Ad Library, and other sources (no prior experience needed-we’ll guide you).
Analyzing Meta Ads Manager to understand what’s working (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and d ---------- what creatives to produce next.
Collaborating with the designer, video editor, and customer service team to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
Using AI tools to generate, improve, and optimize briefs-especially when working with creators in different languages.
Finding new angles, hooks, and concepts to continuously improve ad performance.
Prefer Past Experience With the Following:
Creative Strategy / Copywriting (Required): Ability to come up with angles, hooks, and ad concepts.
Paid Marketing (Meta / TikTok) (Preferred): Basic understanding of metrics like ROAS, CTR, CPA.
AI Tools (GPT/Claude) (Required): Using AI to generate and improve ideas, briefs, and communication.
Creative Research (Preferred): Familiarity with ad libraries or competitor research like ad library.
---------- and Slack (Preferred): For task management and communication.
