Right now, we're looking for a Full-Time Creative Strategist who lives and breathes direct response, understands native storytelling like second nature, and thrives in the fast-paced, feedback-driven world of performance content.

What You’ll Own:
Creative Strategy That Converts: You won't be on the sidelines. You'll lead strategy across paid social (Meta/TikTok/Instagram) and shape the creative direction that drives performance.
Scroll-Stopping Scripting: From hook to CTA, you'll write tight, punchy briefs and UGC-style scripts that follow proven frameworks — emotional sequencing, problem-agitate-solution, objection-handling, the works.
Performance-First Feedback Loops: You'll review creative assets and deliver clear, focused, no-BS feedback to our editors and creators. You’ll spot what’s not working — and know how to fix it fast.
Insight Mining: You’ll dig deep into customer reviews, product data, past ads, and proven psychological triggers — and turn all that juicy truth into persuasive, authentic human storytelling.
Creator Collaboration: You’ll work directly with creators to ensure tone, delivery, and visual style feel native, thumb-stopping, and conversion-ready — not scripted, stale, or salesy.
Always-On Optimisation: You're not married to your first draft. You partner with the team to test, learn, iterate, and scale what’s working.
What You Bring:
Solid experience crafting high-performing paid social creative — Meta, TikTok, Instagram (UGC-style, DR-focused)
Deep understanding of direct response strategy: platform psychology, ad anatomy, performance KPIs
Strong scripting chops: hooks, emotional arcs, value stacking, credibility, urgency — you're fluent
Proven experience working with creators & content teams on short-form ad production
Sharp critical thinking + a love of the feedback loop (you’re hungry to beat your best-performing ad)
Confident in reading creative reporting & spotting patterns (you don’t need to run the media, but you get what’s working)
Bonus Points If You:
Have agency or performance marketing experience
Can ideate light visuals or feel confident giving references/moodboards
Are low-key obsessed with performance data and ad psychology
Can we live anywhere with good WiFi, we are fully remote
