Title: Full-Time Creative Short-Form Video Creator (Script, Shoot, Edit)

About Us
We’re Atmee AI, a real-time AI avatar platform that helps creators and brands deploy lifelike, conversational AI versions of themselves for customer engagement, support, and content. We focus on live, interactive AI avatars (not static generated videos), and we’re looking for a creator who understands this new style of content and can make it fun, surprising, and scroll-stopping.

Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-time video creator who can independently:
* Come up with creative, attention-grabbing ideas
* Script short TikTok / Reels / Shorts-style videos
* Shoot/record the content (with yourself, friends, props, or environments)
* Edit and publish-ready videos in vertical or horizontal format

You’ll be responsible for making 3–5 short videos per day, Monday–Friday, that feel as playful and creative as the top ---------- Instagram accounts (fun hooks, unexpected locations, stunts/pranks, interactive text, etc.), but for our AI avatar product.

What You’ll Be Creating
You’ll create short-form videos that:
* Feel native to TikTok/IG/YouTube Shorts (lo-fi, fast-paced, fun, not corporate)
* Show how creators, SaaS founders, or small businesses could use real-time AI avatars in surprising or funny ways
* Use hooks, text on screen, and visual gags to stop the scroll and make people want to share.
* Highlight clear benefits like 24/7 presence, live conversations, and customer support, with simple, clear messaging.

Your Day-to-Day
* Brainstorm 3–5 video ideas per day that can catch attention in the first 1–2 seconds.
* Write quick scripts or bullet-point storyboards (hook, build-up, punchline/CTA).
* Shoot footage yourself (on your phone/camera) or with available people/locations.
* Edit videos in CapCut / Premiere or similar with captions, music, and on-screen text.
* Deliver final videos to us daily (3–5 videos) and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Hard Skills (Must Have)
Please only apply if you:
* Have a strong short-form video portfolio (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) where you did concept + script + filming + editing.
* Are comfortable scripting and planning hooks, CTAs, and story flow, not just cutting clips.
* Can film in vertical format with clear audio and stable framing.
* Can edit fast and clean in tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
* Can produce 3–5 videos per day consistently when working full-time on this.

Big plus if you:
* Have worked with SaaS or software tools before (explainers, testimonials, or UGC for apps).
* Have any AI-related UGC (AI tools, AI avatars, AI content platforms, etc.).
* Understand basic funnels (getting attention, driving clicks, simple CTAs).

Soft Skills (How You Work)
* You’re proactive with ideas and not waiting for us to tell you every concept.
* You communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
* You’re reliable with deadlines and open to feedback and rapid iteration.
* You’re comfortable working async with a small startup team.

Trial Project & Pay
* Apply following the instructions below. If selected, we’ll start with a paid trial before hiring full-time.

Trial project:
* Create 3 short vertical videos (15–45 seconds each) based on your own concepts after reviewing our website and product.
* Pay: $50 total for 3 videos

If the trial goes well, we’ll discuss a full-time monthly rate for ongoing work (expected 3–5 videos per day).

* Portfolio links (non-negotiable):
* 5–10 links to your best TikTok / Reels / Shorts where you did script + shoot + edit.
* At least 2 examples where you used creative hooks, stunts, or playful ideas.

Short answers (1–3 sentences each):
* What’s your experience creating short-form content where you own an idea ? script ? shoot ? edit?
* Have you created content for SaaS or AI tools before? If yes, which ones?
* Realistically, how many videos can you finish per day if this is your full-time focus?

* Confirm you’re happy with the paid 3-video trial rate and share your expected monthly rate for full-time work (3–5 videos per day).
