Full-Time Commercial Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (Retail, Industrial, Self-Storage, Multifamily & Businesses)
$6–$9 USD per hour – Long-Term Position
About Us:
U.S. West Coast-based private commercial real estate investor. We buy off-market commercial properties and operating businesses with real estate in the 9-county San Francisco Bay Area only.
Your Role:
Hunt for hidden, off-market commercial deals in the Bay Area and put us directly in touch with the owners.
Daily Responsibilities:
Build hyper-targeted owner lists (specific property types, cities, equity position, years owned, etc.)
Skip-trace accurate phone numbers,
Deep due diligence on every property (zoning, taxes, liens, mortgage info, tenant info, value estimates, etc.)
Prepare and send direct-mail campaigns (we pay for printing & postage)
Load and manage all leads/contacts in our CRM
Run follow-up sequences and track responses
Must-Haves:
Real U.S. off-market deal-sourcing experience (commercial or multifamily strongly preferred)
Proven skip-tracing skills (you will be tested)
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Fluent written & spoken English
Full-time availability with at least 4–5 hours daily overlap with U.S. Pacific Time (California)

Salary & Schedule:
$6–$9 USD per hour based on proven skills and speed
Full-time (160–180 hrs/month)
Paid twice a month via Wise or PayPal
Performance bonuses every time we close a deal you sourced
