JOB OVERVIEW

Full Time | Philippines | Night Shift / U.S. Eastern Hours

Promofect is a U.S.-based custom apparel and promotional products company hiring an experienced B2B cold caller and appointment setter.

You will be provided with call lists and will contact businesses and organizations throughout the United States. Your job is to connect with decision-makers, introduce our services, identify interested prospects, gather the information needed to begin a quote, and hand qualified opportunities to our sales team.

You will not be responsible for closing sales. However, this role can grow into a larger sales position for someone who performs well and wants to take on more responsibility.

Calls, activity, follow-ups, and lead information will be tracked using HubSpot and Time Doctor. We will provide training, talking points, systems, and sales support.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales.

Your spoken English must be clear, professional, and easily understood by U.S. customers. You should be comfortable speaking with business decision-makers, working through gatekeepers, handling objections, and having natural conversations without relying entirely on a script.

Promotional products or custom apparel industry experience is a big plus. Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is also helpful.

You must be available full-time during U.S. Eastern business hours and have reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.

COMPENSATION

Monthly base pay plus performance-based commission. Full details will be discussed with qualified applicants.
