JOB OVERVIEW

What You'll Be Doing

Creating looping and triggered 3D animations for 360° projection-mapped environments and LED walls
Building procedural content using Geometry Nodes (abstract landscapes, particle systems, organic forms, data-driven visuals)
Producing stylized motion graphics in the vein of Ducky3D, Bad Normals, and CrossMind Studio, bold, abstract, high-impact visuals
Designing immersive environments and scenes tailored to event themes (luxury dining, brand activations, corporate experiences)
Rendering content at high resolution for multi-projector and LED wall playback (specific output specs will be provided — experience with ultra-wide or non-standard aspect ratios is a plus)

Required Skills

5+ years of professional Blender work with a strong portfolio
Advanced Geometry Node, not just following tutorials, but building custom node trees from scratch
Strong animation skills: keyframe, procedural, and physics-based
Shader/material creation in Cycles and EEVEE
Understanding of looping animations, seamless textures, and content designed for continuous playback
Ability to deliver production-ready renders on schedule, not just concept pieces

Big Plusses

Experience creating content for projection mapping, LED walls, or immersive installations
Familiarity with Resolume Arena, MadMapper, or TouchDesigner
Motion graphics or VJ content background
Grease Pencil / 2D-in-3D hybrid work
Simulation experience (fluid, cloth, rigid body)
Ability to work with creative briefs from non-technical clients

At least 2 examples of animated loops or motion graphics
A brief note on your Blender workflow and tools you use daily
Your availability and timezone

Work Setup

Full-time (40 hrs/week), remote
Must overlap at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time for syncs and feedback
Communication via Google and Whatsapp
Weekly deliverable reviews
