We are looking for an experienced full-time Appointment Setter to support one of our growing U.S.-based businesses.
The selected candidate will be assigned to a specific campaign based on their experience, strengths, and our current business needs. The role may involve reaching out to retailers, distributors, business owners, executives, purchasing managers, IT leaders, or other decision-makers.
This is not a direct-sales or closing position. Your responsibility is to identify qualified prospects, start conversations, determine their interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and identify qualified U.S. prospects
Build targeted lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, Google Search, company websites, business directories, and other approved sources
Identify the appropriate decision-makers within each company
Verify and organize prospect contact information
Make high-volume cold calls to U.S. businesses
Use the company’s designated phone number for all outbound calls
Follow company-provided scripts and outreach guidelines
Send personalized outbound
Ask qualification questions to determine whether a prospect is a suitable opportunity
Handle common objections professionally
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
Follow up consistently with prospects who request information or a later conversation
Log all contact details, calls, outcomes, follow-ups, notes, and meetings accurately in the designated CRM or tracking platform
Update lead statuses and call outcomes after every interaction
Submit a daily report showing calls completed, prospects reached, follow-ups, qualified leads, and meetings booked
Learn the assigned company’s products, services, customers, scripts, and outreach process
REQUIREMENTS:
At least three years of cold-calling, outbound prospecting, or appointment-setting experience
Proven experience booking qualified B2B appointments
Strong lead-generation and prospect-research skills
Experience using Apollo is strongly preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting platforms is an advantage
Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel
Excellent spoken and written English
Clear, confident, friendly, and engaging phone communication
Experience communicating with U.S. prospects and decision-makers
Ability to handle objections without sounding aggressive or overly scripted
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Able to learn and communicate about different products or industries
Available full-time, Monday through Friday, during the required U.S. Eastern Time hours
No other work commitments that would interfere with the assigned schedule
Reliable internet connection, working computer, quality headset, and quiet calling environment
Organized, dependable, persistent, coachable, and focused on measurable results
Willing to follow company scripts, processes, and reporting requirements
