JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring 1 full-time appointment setter / cold caller to help book appointments with local business owners in the United States.

Your main job is to make outbound calls, follow up with leads, and book qualified appointments onto our calendar.

This is an outbound calling role. You will be speaking directly with business owners, using a script, handling basic objections, and updating the CRM after each call.

What you will do:

Make outbound calls to local businesses
Follow our script and booking process
Qualify prospects briefly
Book qualified appointments onto our calendar
Add notes and update lead status in the CRM
Follow up with leads consistently
Stay organized and hit daily activity goals

Requirements:

Strong spoken English
Clear and professional speaking voice
Good internet connection
Quiet work environment
Full-time availability
Prior cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred
Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners
Reliable, organized, and coachable
Able to follow instructions exactly
