JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our Amazon business full-time. Your primary responsibility will be to source profitable products that meet our criteria for resale on Amazon. This role is crucial to the growth of our business. As our business evolves, responsibilities may expand or shift, so we are looking for someone who is flexible and open to taking on different roles and tasks over time.

Responsibilities:
Source profitable products through Online Arbitrage (OA) and Wholesale Catalogs
Use tools such as Keepa, SellerAmp, or similar software for product analysis
Track and organize leads in Google Sheets or other systems
Consistently meet daily/weekly sourcing targets
Stay updated on market trends and sourcing opportunities

Requirements:
Previous experience in Amazon product sourcing is a plus
Experience using Keepa and SellerAmp for product research and analysis
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time
Good English communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Must be available to join Zoo ---------- etings and have ---------- for communication
Willingness to adapt and take on new responsibilities as the business grows

Compensation:
$2.68/hr, paid weekly
Opportunity for long-term growth within the business

Work Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Flexible schedule, but consistency is required

Hiring Process:

Tier 2: Successful applicants will take a strict 30-minute test to analyze 3 Amazon listings and provide detailed insights.
Tier 3: Candidates who pass Tier 2 will have a virtual interview, where you will:
Discuss any questions you may have about the role or business
Analyze 2 Amazon listings live to demonstrate your thought process
Explain your ideas and plans for contributing to the business
Hiring Notification: Applicants will be notified of their status within one week of completing Tier 3.
