JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! We are looking for an experienced full-time AI Video Editor who can create realistic, conversion focused AI video ads for Meta and YouTube ads. This role is from Monday - Friday, averaging 8 hours per day.

If you're experienced in utilizing AI for video ads, worked for e-commerce companies before, and you're looking for a stable, long-term position, then this role is perfect for you.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?
- Create AI generated video ads using product images, reference clips, and creative direction
- Produce engaging, realistic, and conversion focused videos optimized for paid traffic
- Replicate provided reference styles accurately while adding your own creative edge
- Use AI tools to generate human realistic models, UGC style scenes, lifestyle visuals, and product showcases
- Deliver high quality videos formatted and optimized for either Meta or YouTube

Requirements
- 2+ years of video editing experience
- 6+ months hands on experience working with AI video tools
- Proven experience creating AI generated ecommerce video ads
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention, and storytelling for short form ads
- Ability to turn simple product assets into viral style UGC or model based video ads
- Comfortable working with modern AI video tools and workflows
